Pope Francis has appointed Fr. Denis Nulty, St. Mary's Parish, Drogheda as Bishop elect of Kildare and Leglin. Here at Pray for Children, we wish to thank Bishop elect Nulty for his help and support to our group. During our first year as a group the pray for children team wrote to 12 priests in Co. Meath, asking them to consider having a holy hour in their parish to pray for children. One priest took up the idea, yes it was Fr. Denis now Bishop elect. The support he has given to praying for children has been an example to all. We wish him all the best in his new post and we will keep him in our prayers. May God bless and protect him in all that he does and may Our Blessed Lady be continually be at his side.
